• Representing an UAE based airlines in an unlawful act lawsuit by its passenger, which seeks Compensation due to refusal to carry the passenger.
• Advising and representing an Australian based oil and gas company in an environmental lawsuit by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia who seek compensation due to pollution and environmental damage in the Timor Sea.
• Representing a US based financing company in a lawsuit against its former legal consultant due to legal malpractice.
• Representing Indonesian subsidiary of a world leading port company in a civil lawsuit by its labor union.

• Advising reinsurers in a settlement between an airlines and the family of the passenger who become victim of an air transportation incident.
• Advising an Indonesian publicly listed Company engaging in animal feed processing Industry in a land acquisition transaction.
• Advising a Malaysian Bank in a loan agreement transaction for Indonesian companies.
