Lelyana Santosa, a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at LSM Law Firm, holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University (Sarjana Hukum) in 1980. She furthered her expertise by attending a fall course on real estate transactions at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada. With a focus on dispute resolution, Lelyana has been extensively involved in leading and contributing to civil and commercial litigations for prominent national and multinational clients from diverse industries. Lelyana is also specialized in family law. Her track record in handling complex family law cases has solidified her reputation in that specific field.

Lelyana was also part of the legal team representing several Indonesian media associations in a Judicial Review against the Broadcasting Law at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia.

In her involvement with industrial relation litigations, she successfully represented clients like The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN) during the closure of several national banks in 1998, Arco/BP West Java Ltd., PT Pertamina (Persero), Exxon Mobil Inc, and others. Additionally, she has advised both overseas and local clients on administrative law and criminal issues related to their business operations in Indonesia. Moreover, Lelyana provides valuable counsel on general dispute resolution matters.

Notably, more recently she led the legal defense team of a high profile person in connection to the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export case and was also part of the legal representation for a group of real estate companies in the asset blocking and seizure case against the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) Task Force.

Lelyana Santosa is a respected member of the Indonesian Bar Association (IKADIN) and the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal/HKHPM). Furthermore, she serves as an Arbiter of Indonesian Commodity Future Trading Arbitration (BAKTI). She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
