Bianca Janet

Bianca Janet graduated from the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University in September 2020 majoring in Economic Law, and shortly afterward came to Lubis, Santosa & Maramis as an intern in 2021, before being made an associate in early 2022. Prior to joining Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, she was an intern in the Financial Service Investigation Department on a Government Institution.

She joined as a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis and was assigned various duties. She was assigned to several areas of law practice, such as Corporate and Commercial, Mining, Oil and Gas, Foreign Direct Investment, Importations, and Transportation.

She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Damian agata yuvens

Damian Agata Yuvens obtained his bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia and his master’s from the University of Melbourne. Having handled numerous complex litigation cases, Damian nurtured his ability and sense as a well-rounded litigator.He developed his expertise in criminal, constitutional, and administrative proceedings.

Damian is also known for his involvement and concern in various public-interest cases, including but not limited to, the death penalty, environment, and education. Damian has published several writings related to law interpretation, especially in the field of criminal and constitutional law.

Aside from being active as a lawyer, Damian is also registered as a judge for Anti-Doping Rule Violations under the Indonesian Result Management Committee.

He Speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Deni Daniel

Deni Daniel graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2019. Prior to joining LSM in 2022, Deni worked at another prominent litigation firm in Jakarta where he developed keen interests on constitutional and administrative law.

During his study, Deni actively participated in and championed numerous debate and scientific paper competitions together with his teammates.

Deni speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Dinda Raihan

inda Raihan graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Indonesia in  August 2014 majoring in Civil Law, and shortly afterwards came to Lubis, Santosa & Maramis as an intern, before being made an associate in early 2015. Prior to joining Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, he worked as an intern in another premier law firm in Jakarta. She joined as a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis and assigned various duties, among other things to assist clients in with regard to mergers and acquisitions, aviation, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications. 
 
During her in university time, She was active in various committees, organizations, and competitions. She joined Asian Law Students’ Association in 2011 and she was chosen as a delegate to represent Asian Law Students’ Association from Indonesia for Australian Law Students Association Conference in Australia. 
 
In addition to her professional activities, she enjoys to traveling, yoga as a weekly sports activity. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Doly James

Doly James is an associate in Lubis, Santosa & Maramis Litigation Department. Prior to joining with this firm, he was an associate in several prominent law firms in Jakarta. He has substantial expertise in business and commercial disputes, as well as with breach of contract, tort, shareholder dispute, and bankruptcy matters, civil, criminal and administrative disputes. In recent years he has successfully handled numerous high-profile matters which attract public attention as well as complex commercial litigation.

James is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), Indonesia Advocates Association (AAI) and Indonesia Receiver and Administrator for Bankruptcy Association (AKPI).

His notable cases involvement such as:

  • Successfully represented The Age Company Ltd. in a class action lawsuit in relation to news publication regarding WikiLeaks’ allegation of the President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s abused of power.
  • Successfully represented the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia in an administrative lawsuit which filed by the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI).
  • Successfully represented Tenaga Lestari (M) Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian investment company, in a request for court order for (i) special audit toward Annual Financial Statement of PT Bumibangka Lestari and PT Bumipermai Suryalestari, its subsidiary companies, with reason the director of those subsidiary companies has breach their fiduciary duties to compile annual financial statement for 5 years consecutive, and (ii) to determine the quorum for General Meeting of Shareholders;
  • Successfully represented Mr. Aditya Soeryadjaya and Franciscus Dewana, the Directors of Elnusa Tristar Ramba Limited, a British Virgin Island company, to dismiss from criminal charges in Indonesian Court regarding corruption, embezzlement and money laundering related to the operation of Ramba oil field in South Sumatera Province.
  • Representing PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. in relation to administrative dispute against Konawe Utara Regency concerning nickel ore mining license in South East Sulawesi Province.
  • Representing University of Riau in relation to land dispute in Pekanbaru, Riau.

Despite practicing as an Advocate, he is also a licensed Receiver & Administrator for Bankruptcy since 2008.

He was born in Bandung, Indonesia. He received a law degree (S.H.), from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta in 2007 and obtained his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California in 2019. He joined Lubis, Santosa & Maramis in 2011.
