Adi Putra Buana Yunara Batubara


Adi Putra Buana Yunara Batubara joined the dispute resolution practice group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis specializes in civil and commercial litigations and arbitration proceedings. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (Sarjana Hukum) in 2010. At this time, he is currently taking his master degree (Magister Hukum/M.H) in majoring Business Law at Gadjah Mada University.

He is actively involved as a team member of dispute resolution practice group assisting attorneys, attending court proceedings in civil and commercial disputes, in addition to arbitration proceedings.

In Lubis, Santosa & Maramis Law firm he advices and assist such clients as Astro Network, ConocoPhillips, PT. Wira Insani, PT. Krakatau Steel, Tbk and Salim Group.

dhindra Ario Wicaksono (Ario) earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia in July 2012 majoring in Economic Law and shortly afterwards came to Lubis, Santosa & Maramis as an intern, before being made as an associate in January 2013. Prior to joining Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, he interned at another prominent corporate law firm in Jakarta, where he was heavily involved in transaction related to capital market particularly involved in a legal due diligence process with regards to initial public offering, as well as corporate related matter.

While studying in University of Indonesia, he actively participated in numerous organizational, seminars, training and events. He was served as an executive of the UI chapter of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA LC UI) and was a member of many other organizations such as Student Executive Body and UI Law Faculty Football Club.

In Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, he is a member of the Corporate Commercial Practice Group where he has been intensively involved in a wide range of projects from various sectors such as aviation, mining, construction, retail, general corporate and telecommunication. He also has been involved in litigation matters such as arbitration proceeding at Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) and civil lawsuit.

In addition to his professional activities, he is a dedicated sportsman, with a love of football and basketball. He is a big fan of Liverpool FC.

Ario has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam organized by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Andara Annisa

ndara joined Lubis Santosa & Maramis as an associate on January 2016. She is a member of the corporate commercial practice group in Lubis Santosa & Maramis and assigned to assists clients from various sectors. She graduated on 2012 from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia majoring in Private Law.

Prior to joining Lubis Santosa & Maramis, Andara has worked in other top tier law firms in Jakarta specializing in general corporate matters, particularly focusing on foreign direct investment. She has also been involved in a range of major transactions and has experience in general M&A, constructions, energy and natural resources, and government projects.

She speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

ernard joined Lubis, Santosa & Maramis in 2017 after spending several years as an associate at a premier law firm in Jakarta, specializing in capital market and general corporate affairs. He graduated from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in 2013.

At Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, Bernard is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on general corporate and foreign investment. He has been representing and advising a wide range of clients in the trade, healthcare, mining, and retail sectors. He has also contributed a law article on infrastructure to an international publication.

In addition to his professional activities, Bernard is an avid sportsman, having interest in basketball and soccer, and loves to spend his spare time to play with his friends.

Bernard speaks English and Bahasa.

Doly James


Doly James is an associate in Lubis, Santosa & Maramis Litigation Department. Prior to joining with this firm, he was an associate in several prominent law firms in Jakarta. He has substantial expertise in business and commercial disputes, as well as with breach of contract, tort, shareholder dispute, and bankruptcy matters, civil, criminal and administrative disputes. In recent years he has successfully handled numerous high-profile matters which attract public attention as well as complex commercial litigation.

James is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), Indonesia Advocates Association (AAI) and Indonesia Receiver and Administrator for Bankruptcy Association (AKPI).

His notable cases involvement such as:

  • Successfully represented The Age Company Ltd. in a class action lawsuit in relation to news publication regarding WikiLeaks’ allegation of the President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s abused of power.
  • Successfully represented the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia in an administrative lawsuit which filed by the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI).
  • Successfully represented Tenaga Lestari (M) Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian investment company, in a request for court order for (i) special audit toward Annual Financial Statement of PT Bumibangka Lestari and PT Bumipermai Suryalestari, its subsidiary companies, with reason the director of those subsidiary companies has breach their fiduciary duties to compile annual financial statement for 5 years consecutive, and (ii) to determine the quorum for General Meeting of Shareholders;
  • Successfully represented Mr. Aditya Soeryadjaya and Franciscus Dewana, the Directors of Elnusa Tristar Ramba Limited, a British Virgin Island company, to dismiss from criminal charges in Indonesian Court regarding corruption, embezzlement and money laundering related to the operation of Ramba oil field in South Sumatera Province.
  • Representing PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. in relation to administrative dispute against Konawe Utara Regency concerning nickel ore mining license in South East Sulawesi Province.
  • Representing University of Riau in relation to land dispute in Pekanbaru, Riau.

Despite practicing as an Advocate, he is also a licensed Receiver & Administrator for Bankruptcy since 2008.

He was born in Bandung, Indonesia. He received a law degree (S.H.), from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta in 2007. He joined Lubis, Santosa & Maramis in 2011.
