Dinda Raihan

inda Raihan graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Indonesia in  August 2014 majoring in Civil Law, and shortly afterwards came to Lubis, Santosa & Maramis as an intern, before being made an associate in early 2015. Prior to joining Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, he worked as an intern in another premier law firm in Jakarta. She joined as a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis and assigned various duties, among other things to assist clients in with regard to mergers and acquisitions, aviation, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications. 
 
During her in university time, She was active in various committees, organizations, and competitions. She joined Asian Law Students’ Association in 2011 and she was chosen as a delegate to represent Asian Law Students’ Association from Indonesia for Australian Law Students Association Conference in Australia. 
 
In addition to her professional activities, she enjoys to traveling, yoga as a weekly sports activity. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Edgar Christian

Edgar Christian is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis Law Firm. Edgar joined Lubis, Santosa & Maramis as an intern in June 2016 and shortly afterwards was promoted to associate in November 2016.

Edgar obtained his law degree in July 2016 where he was acknowledged as one of the best law graduate from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung. During his time in law school, Edgar was a member and former President of the Universitas Katolik Parahyangan National Moot Court Community. As a member of national moot court community, Edgar and his fellow colleagues has represented his law school in several national moot court competitions with regard to criminal litigation and commercial dispute resolution proceedings. In 2015 Edgar and his fellow colleagues were acknowledged as champion of the Prof. Soedarto National Moot Court Competition regarding Corruption Matters. In addition to his moot court activity, Edgar has also served as a volunteer at Koperasi Kasih Indonesia, a social business providing financial services for the poor, in which he assisted Koperasi Kasih Indonesia in preparing several loan agreements and its bylaw.

Apart from his activity at Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, Edgar loves to play and listen to music from various genres. His other interests are in horology, leather goods, and clothing.

Edgar speaks Bahasa and English.

ranky Sahala Tua Purba is an associateat Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Lubis,Santosa & Maramis Law Firm. He graduated and earned his Bachelor of Law Degree from Padjadjaran University­ Bandung in 2011, majoring in criminal law. During his study at the law school,he actively participated and won several National Moot Court Competition.

 Prior to joining Lubis,Santosa Maramis Law Firm,Franky Sahala Tua Purba has worked for 5 (five) years in other Jakarta prominent law firms.During that time, he intensively involved in advising and representing clients for various legal matters even in litigation or corporate practices. In litigation practices,he is apracticed lawyer in litigation cases such as tort,.breach of contract, anti-trust, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment (PKPU),arbitration and criminal. In addition, he also acknowledged as an experienced lawyer incorporate transactions such as capital market transactions (i.e.initial public offering,right issue and bond issuance), acquisition,company restructuring,foreign investment,financing and etc.

  • PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)Tbk. in the debt restructuring and debt recovery against PT Trikomsel OkeTbk.
  • Former Director of Indonesia State Owned Bank in the defense of corruption allegation before Corruption Court of Central Jakarta District Court.
  • The heirs of the late former director of Indonesia State Owned Bank against South Jakarta District Attorney in apositive fictitious administrative petition with regard to the obligation to return confiscated goods.
  • PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. in its defense on cartel allegation on passenger cartire industries against Indonesia Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU).
  • lr. H. Joko Widodo in 5 (five) civil cases (included but not limited to the breach of contract lawsuit, tort lawsuits, classaction and citizen lawsuit) before Central Jakarta District Court.
  • A Japanese Businessman in the bankruptcy proceedings of Purdi E. Chandra (founder of Primagama Group) at the Commercial Court of Central Jakarta District Court.
  • A petrochemical company in its defense on breach of contract lawsuit against State Owned Oil Company at BANI Arbitration Centre.
  • PT Data Aksara Matra and PT Extensa Winaya Fakta in an allegation oftender conspir.acyonthe procurement of 3 kg gas in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources against Indonesia Business Competition Supervisory Commission(KPPU).

Gilang M. Santosa

Gilang M. Santosa is an associate of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis.

He graduated and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in law in July 2012 from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Commercial Law. During his time in law school, he actively participated in numerous organizations, seminars, trainings courses and events.

He was an active member of Asian Law Student Association (ALSA), participating in ALSA’s international events such as ALSA Conference 2010 in Semarang and Jogjakarta, ALSA Forum 2010 in Seoul, and ALSA Conference 2011 in Singapore.

He was also involved in the establishment of ALSA Alumni Association (ALSA Alumnas).

 

Before joining Lubis, Santosa & Maramis full time, he worked briefly as an assistant legal researcher in Indonesian Research Center for Anti-Money Laundering (IRCA) and prior to that he also served as an intern at Lubis, Santosa & Maramis Law Firm for three months assisting its Corporate and Commercial Practice Group.

He also served as a Trainee at another premier law firm in Indonesia, working mostly in capital market and M&A matters, during which time he gained experience in assisting the IPO process for one of the largest taxi companies in Indonesia.

His most recent experience includes advising and representing:

      ·         PT Airbus Helicopters Indonesia with respect to its company regulation and employment issue.

·        Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions with respect to agreements related to construction of various infrastructures. 

·         PT Medco Geopower Sarulla with respect to its change of shareholding structure and pledge of shares.

·         PT Airbus Group Indonesia and subsidiaries with respect to their investment-related matters in Indonesia (among others, merger, acquisition, shareholding structure, business restrictions and liaison with Indonesia Investment Coordination Board).

·         PT GMF AeroAsia with respect to its cooperation restructuring with its partners.

In Lubis, Santosa & Maramis, he is a member of Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, assigned in assisting wide range of national and multinational clients. In Summer 2015, he took a leave to attend Duke University School of Law's Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law in Hong Kong University Faculty of Law.

In his spare time, he likes to travel and read books about Indonesian history. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia, and English.

Hamonangan Buddhiwisnu Harahap

Hamonangan Buddhiwisnu Harahap is an associate at the IP practice group of Lubis, Santosa & Maramis. He graduated from Faculty of Law Trisakti University (Sarjana Hukum) in 2005.

he has worked for almost 4 (four) years in another prominent corporate and litigation firm in Jakarta. During that time he was involved as a lawyer in advising and representing clients from various types of industries, including but not limited to telecommunication, investment, farming, media, automotive, land and property, etc

Hamonangan Joined the firm in 2010 and is heavily involved with the IP works of the firm, including arranging for registration of Trademarks, Industrial Design, Copyrights, IPR enforcement as well as IPR litigation. He has involved in advising and representing clients from various industries such: hotels business, transportation, property, adhesive, garment, printing, toiletries, perfumery, etc.

Prior to joining Lubis, Santosa & Maramis in 2010, he has worked for almost 4 (four) years in another prominent corporate and litigation firm in Jakarta. During that time he was involved as a lawyer in advising and representing clients from various types of industries, including but not limited to telecommunication, investment, farming, media, automotive, land and property, etc.
